Your stress levels vs. your skin

3 Ways stress is affecting your skin right now.

1. Dullness: This is probably the first thing, along with acne, that will be affected. If you're looking for something to spark a radiant glow in your skin, look no further then the Facial Elixir and Rejuvenating Serum. Combines, these two treat dull skin and add glow. 2. Acne: Guess what? Acne is normal. Think of it as your beautiful body showing you red flags that something that you are eating, applying to your skin or that is in the air around you (IE. candles) is disagreeing with your equilibrium. Otherwise known as your bodies natural state of healthy. Acne, is just the message. It has nothing to do with your cleanness or beauty. If you're looking for something to treat acne try our Rosewater and Green Tea Cleanser. Even when I am stress I have noticed a huge reduction in acne by combining these two. 3. Fine Lines: Ageing is beautiful. So often the media miss represents women over the age of 30. In every culture as you age you're regarded for your wisdom and your healing abilities. You become the graceful, beautiful leader of the community, the wise women. Although I have products like the rejuvenating Serum and Facial Elixir for fine lines, and yes it does firm skin and add glow. But I created them to help you age gracefully. I will never use cruel marketing. You're beautiful at 18, and beautiful at 80. Don't forget that.

So How do we Reduce stress so that overall our beauty routine is better?

I always found that it was odd my best friend would text me first thing in the mourning around 4:30-5:00 am. That's when she woke up and if she had anything to discuss she would get it out right away.

I knew she was a busy mother of two kids, she had a side hustle and ran her household all by herself because her husband worked out of town.

So the question was, why was she up so early when every single day was going to be a whirlwind of effort?

It turns out she gave herself an hour to two every morning before her whole family woke up. She would meditate, do yoga and tidy up the home. This was her self care.

The best way is to PRIORITIZE YOU. Purchase products that think about your well being. Surround yourself with people who care. Here are 5 ways you can start adding self care into your daily life

1. Find a way to sneak off into nature every few hours. Even if it's just a walk to your backyard with a coffee

2. Try waking up before your family does and taking care of YOUR NEEDS FIRST!

3.Cut out anyone who disrespects your boundaries and pushes you to do things you don't want to do.

4.Stretch for 5 minutes

5. Do a 3 minute meditation, just to recharch you before you continue your day.
