Want A Secret Tip For Healthier, More Radiant Skin?

Updated: May 8

Dry brushing blows away dead skin cells while the essential oils promote blood circulation that helps the lymphatic system to move.

Why is it important to take care of your lymphatic system? Your lymphatic system is basically your body's sewer system for chemicals- the ones that naturally occur in your body... and the artificial chemicals that build in your bloodstream from an overexpose to outside pollutants

Promoting the circulation helps bust blockages and aid in your system's ability to properly get rid of build-up that might cause acne, cellulite or stretch marks. When properly done, this makes a great addition to add to your body care routine. We've given you a step by step guide on how to properly dry brush and what essential oils to use.

ESSENTIAL OILS TO USE:

Rosemary, Pine and Grapefruit Essential Oil.

Use by themselves or in combination to aid in the reduction of cellulite and the promotion of circulation.

Note* always dilute essential oils before applying to skin.

This quenches your skin's thirst and makes it easier for people

HOW TO DRY BRUSH:

Before showering, use the dry brush without any oils in an upward motion up legs and arms.

Once you have given your body a quick scrub, go over a second time with any of the diluted oils listed above.

Once done, continue with your normal shower routine and add another layer of oil - we suggest earth!

Not showering and still want to try the routine?

It's okay to dry brush without showering, just skip the shower and add a bath and body elixir or body oil. You'll still look healthy, beautiful and glowing.
